All of my eCookbooks and printable Digital items are immediately downloadable once your order goes through.
For all other items, they are printed on demand, which means that when you place an order, your design is printed especially for you within 4 -7 business days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time. Then, the shipping time is added to the order, depending upon which shipping option you choose at checkout.
All items (except eCookbooks and downloadable digital items) are shipped from the United States.
At present, shipping is available to Canada, Australia, Brazil, the Philippines, and mainland United States. If you live elsewhere, do contact me and I will see if I can arrange it for you.
Shipping is done through UPS and FedEx

Just like Oma is NOT responsible for duty, custom fees, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, etc. for international shipping. These charges are issued from your country/postal service during importation of your package.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
All orders, except eBooks and downloadable digital items, are custom-printed and are processed as soon as possible once the order is received, therefore changing or editing the order is usually not possible.
For all items, except downloadable products:
- Return policy lasts 30 days. If there is an issue with the order you receive, please contact me first.
- Damaged item or low quality print
- To complete your return or refund, I require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.
- Please include a photo showing the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
- Unfortunately, if YOU have made an error in the ordering process, such as ordering the incorrect size or color, I cannot refund or exchange the item.
- Please be sure to review and read the sizing charts and descriptions before ordering! I want to make sure you get the best fit as my personalized items cannot be returned due to sizing errors!
- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products are not refundable and non-returnable. Please let me know if your order does not meet your expectations and I’ll do my best to help you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
To return your product, please contact me for the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All downloadable digital items are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be transferred, shared, forwarded, resold, distributed or posted by electronic means or as free downloads.
